Longevity Exercise Physiology Castle Hill is located in the spacious Castle Hill Super Centre, inside Plus Fitness. Best entry via Victoria Ave. We have ample free parking right out front our gym.
We offer private consultations eligible for Private Health Rebates, Medicare Rebates with a GP referral, as well as services covered by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (White and Gold Card), NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), SIRA, and WorkCove
Longevity’s Exercise Physiologists are Allied Health Professionals who undergo a minimum 4-year university degree. We prescribe exercise for the prevention and management of chronic conditions and diseases, injury rehabilitation, and overall health and fitness. Initial consultations at Longevity include a comprehensive health assessment, fitness evaluation, and strength testing. At our Castle Hill location, we provide a range of services including Exercise Physiology and Personal Training, tailored to meet your specific health and fitness needs.
