Longevity’s Exercise Physiologists are Allied Health Professionals who undergo a minimum 4-year university degree. We prescribe exercise for the prevention and management of chronic conditions and diseases, injury rehabilitation, and overall health and fitness. Initial consultations at Longevity include a comprehensive health assessment, fitness evaluation, and strength testing. At our Kingsgrove location, we provide a range of services including Exercise Physiology and Personal Training, tailored to meet your specific health and fitness needs.

Accessibility

While Plus fitness is located on the second floor via stair access, the Longevity team will also use the free ground floor space to cater to all clients regardless of their accessibility needs. If this is not a desirable option for you, we also offer outdoor sessions, telehealth and home visits to the people of the Georges River Council and the surrounding LGAs of Burwood and Bayside. There is also an ambulant toilet on the premises.
