Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne,EdgecliffMarrickville,Bella VistaRandwick, Pymble and Balmain are very excited to welcome Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Hannah. Hannah is a country girl from a small town, Leeton in NSW where she grew up dancing from a very young age.

Hannah’s passion for Exercise Physiology developed through her training in dance. In 2014, she was successful in making the NSW Tap Dance Ensemble where she was able to learn from some of the world’s most famous tap dancers. Her years of dancing led her to the gym where she began to explore the benefits of exercise in enhancing her performance. Hannah was also exposed personally to the assistance of exercise for her own chronic musculoskeletal conditions in managing her symptoms. This lead to Hannah moving to Sydney to complete a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at University of New South Wales.

Hannah is experienced in working with a range of clients of varying ages with different health conditions. She has a special interest in people living with disabilities, cancer and back pain.

Hannah’s aim is to continue educating clients with evidence-based research and exercises whilst individualising each program to suit every clients lifestyle. Hannah believes health and exercise can be a part of everyone’s lifestyle in a fun and exciting way!
