Longevity Quarterly Meeting recap

Longevity’s Q3 Quarterly Meeting

This past Saturday, our 29 team members across the 9 locations in Sydney and Melbourne from Longevity got together to celebrate a successful 4 months. This involved our Quarterly Meeting, followed by dinner and drinks at the Rydges Hotel in Surry Hills.

It was the first time a majority of the Australian Longevity team had been able to meet in person for a while. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the business but more so, creating team culture and having a laugh with our teammates. During the meeting we addressed several topics including different communication styles, time management effectiveness, navigating a client’s journey, successful GP meetings and preaching the Longevity values.

It was amazing to see the progress and growth that we have made as a team. Overall there was a range of things we learnt but most importantly it was valuable seeing all our team members together under one roof. Running this meeting together allows us to envision the company’s direction and performance as one team, meaning we can focus on our longevity core values. We believe the boost in culture and performance morale will help the team kick through to the end of the year!

Running this meeting together allows us to envision the company’s direction and performance as one team, meaning we can focus on our longevity core values.

But the team cohesion didn’t stop there!

Following dinner, the team-bonding began with all team members writing two questions which were then put into a hat and drawn out randomly. It was a great opportunity to learn more about other team members from other locations that we don’t see on a regular basis.

These questions ranged from what is your from favourite smell, what is your biggest fears to which team member has the best posture!

All in all, it was a great night of learning and team-bonding and an opportunity to develop ourselves as practitioners and people in the Longevity way.
