Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Growing up, sport was a constant in my life. I competed in swimming and netball at state level before transitioning to AFL in senior school, where I found my true passion for the game. I went on to play nationally through both the AFL Academy and the GWS Giants Academy, proudly serving as the inaugural captain of the Giants Academy. Today, I remain committed to supporting grassroots AFL and coaching youth athletes through the Giants Academy and Development programs. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me watching AFL, usually cheering loudly for the Sydney Swans, or in the kitchen cooking up a storm and baking my weekly treats!

My journey to becoming an Accredited Exercise Physiologist began after my mum was involved in a serious accident, which fuelled my drive to be part of positive change in people’s health journeys. I completed my degree in Canberra, despite never quite adjusting to the cold, and developed a strong passion for making exercise safe, accessible, and meaningful for all. I have a particular professional interest in exercise and oncology, helping clients build strength, confidence, and capacity throughout and beyond treatment. I strive to create a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to use movement as medicine
