Susannah Mah-Chut

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

With a love for swimming from a young age, Susannah has excelled a competitive level at swimming through her primary and high school years. She also played water polo during school and university. This passion led her to become a swimming instructor on the North Shore of Sydney, whilst completing her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Technology Sydney and the Australian Catholic University.

Susannah began to realize how important the right type of exercise was for everyday people with common aches and pains, and the benefits on their quality of life. She loves to see her clients get better at performing their daily tasks, and is so passionate about educating her clients on better nutrition and general health and wellbeing.

Susannah has been in the industry for 5.5 years now and has recently returned back from maternity leave. Throughout Susannah’s pregnancy, she developed another passion for pre and post-natal exercise and has completed many professional development courses on it since. Having been through it all herself now, she truly understands the challenges motherhood places on you mentally and physically and loves to help those return back to their prior physical condition in a safe and supervised way.

Susannah loves to work with all different health conditions and believes developing a trusting relationship is the key to success with her clients.
