Bio

With a love for swimming from a young age, Susannah has excelled a competitive level at swimming through her schooling years. She also played water polo during school and university. This passion led her to become a swimming instructor whilst completing her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Technology Sydney and the Australian Catholic University.

Susannah began to realise how important the right type of exercise was for everyday people, and the benefits on their quality of life. She finds it so rewarding to be a part of her clients journey and see the results they achieve.

Susannah has been in the industry for over 10 years, and having had two children knows how important it is to continue exercising through all stages of life. Susannah loves to help clients manage all of life’s challenges whilst achieving great health through tailored exercise.

Susannah loves to work diligently alongside her clients, and develop genuine and meaningful relationships by sharing how fantastic the Longevity way is.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Management in Sport and Exercise (UTS)
Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (ACU)
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist
Workcover NSW Approved
Medicare Registered Provider
