Susannah Mah-Chut

Susannah Mah-Chut

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Susannah grew up in Sydney and loved the water from a young age. A natural talent for competitive swimming took her to Nationals during her high school years, as well as playing waterpolo. Naturally, Susannah became a swimming teacher for many years while studying her Exercise Physiology degree, and she truly loved teaching and help young kids and teenagers.

Fast forward many years later, Susannah has two young children of her own and truly understands the power of having someone in your village who will support you, guide you, cheer you on and celebrate you in every way possible. Susannah has been fortunate to see her own children grow up with strong and healthy grandparents, something that she didn’t experience much of as a young child herself. It’s a blessing to have great role models, and her wish is that everyone gets more time with their loved ones through having better health. Optimising lifestyle habits, exercise, nutrition and sleep can certainly add not only years, but quality to your life to spend more time with loved ones.

At Longevity, you can expect to be cared for like you are part of the family. We prescribe exercise that is tailored for your needs, and stage of life.
