Mallee Goldrick

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up on the Mid North Coast of NSW and spent much of my childhood involved in sport, particularly competitive showjumping, alongside playing soccer, touch football, and a range of other team and individual sports. Growing up in a regional area, I became increasingly aware of the high prevalence of preventable chronic health conditions and the impact these can have on quality of life. This shaped my interest in preventative healthcare and reinforced the role that movement and lifestyle can play in long-term health and wellbeing.

I completed my Exercise Physiology degree at the University of Sydney, with Honours in sleep research. I am passionate about helping individuals use exercise and lifestyle interventions to improve their physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall capacity to get the most out of life. My key areas of professional interest include women’s health, mental health, and chronic disease prevention, and I am committed to delivering evidence-based, individualised programs that support people at all stages of their health journey.
