Bio

I grew up in a suburb called Glenhaven (North-West Sydney), a place that alongside my european descent would form my great passion for football (Soccer) due to the great availability of fields near my home. I spent 5 years playing in the NSW NPL 1 State league for Sydney United 58 and Hills United, a time where I developed solid foundations in discipline, hard work, training and health. In addition to my football experience, I developed an immense passion for everything health/fitness related after being exposed to my Father’s work as head Physiotherapist for Australian football clubs Sydney Fc and Western Sydney Wanderers. Such exposure sparked great interest in the realm of injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and the role exercise plays in supporting the well being and longevity of both athletes and the community. Currently, I have used such passion to form my own habits as I believe mastering my own health and fitness makes me a better health professional. Outside of work, I am a massive Manchester City fan and love everything to do with sport!

I completed my Exercise Physiology degree at Sydney University with a growing sense of purpose shaped not only by my studies, but by personal experience. After losing a close family member to a condition that could have been better managed through earlier lifestyle intervention and consistent support, my perspective on health changed profoundly. It reinforced to me that exercise is not simply about performance, but prevention, holistic-care, and quality of life. That experience strengthened my commitment to empowering others with the knowledge, structure and encouragement needed to take control of their health before it becomes critical. I am deeply motivated to help individuals make sustainable lifestyle changes, reduce the burden and risk of chronic disease and improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. By combining clinical knowledge and lived understanding, I strive to support people in building habits that not only enhance their current health, but protect their future.
