Anthony Ivancic

Anthony Ivancic

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Anthony completed his Exercise Physiology degree at Sydney University with a growing sense of purpose shaped not only by his studies, but by his personal experience. After losing a close family member to a condition that could have been better managed through earlier lifestyle intervention and consistent support, his perspective on health changed profoundly. This perspective reinforced to Anthony that exercise was not simply about performance, but prevention, holistic-care, and quality of life.

Anthony grew up in Glenhaven (North-West Sydney), a place that would spark immense passion for health and exercise from a young age. Experiences from competing in high level sport (NPL 1 Football) and his father’s Physiotherapy work sparked great interest in the role exercise plays in supporting the well being and longevity of both athletes and the community.

Such personal experiences have continued to strengthen and evolve Anthony’s commitment to empowering others with the knowledge, structure and encouragement needed to take control of their health before it becomes critical.

At Longevity Exercise Physiology, Anthony is deeply motivated to help community members make sustainable lifestyle changes, reduce the burden and risk of chronic disease and improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. By combining clinical knowledge and lived understanding, Anthony strives to support people in building habits that not only enhance their current health, but protect their future.
