Grayson Kieran
Grayson Kieran
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Bio
Grayson grew up loving sport, not the gym. Sport was where he found connection with friends and family, challenged himself, and built a big part of his identity.
At just 16 years old, everything changed when he ruptured his ACL. After surgery and months of rehabilitation, he suffered a second ACL rupture, requiring another reconstruction and another year of recovery.
Those experiences taught Grayson that recovering from injury is about much more than healing your body. It can challenge your confidence, your mental health, and your sense of identity. Having lived through it himself, he understands how powerful movement can be in helping people rebuild both physically and mentally.
His own journey inspired him to become an Exercise Physiologist, driven by a passion for helping others return to the activities they love. Challenging himself to go from “Not being a runner, struggling to run 5 kilometres to completing half marathons—reinforcing his belief that with the right support, patience, and consistency, we’re capable of far more than we believe.
Grayson knows that everyone’s relationship with exercise is different. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply wanting to move and feel better, he’ll work with you to find an approach that fits your goals and your life.
Known across the Longevity team for his warmth and reassuring nature, Grayson creates a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and confident to challenge themselves—helping every client build trust in their body and enjoy doing the things that matter most.
