Eleni Bradley

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Eleni is an accredited exercise physiologist based at our Randwick location. Eleni completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney where she gained valuable experience in both private practice and hospital settings working with clients of all ages under private, DVA, Work Cover, NDIS and Medicare schemes. Eleni has a strong knowledge of exercise physiology principles and their application for the prevention and management of a wide range of health conditions and injuries. She has a particular interest in mental health, knee and back pain, women’s health and exercise for disabilities.

Eleni’s passion for health and exercise started from a young age, being involved in all kinds of sports from surfing and hockey to tennis, golf, and touch football. Whilst attending high school at Kambala, Eleni continued playing soccer and has represented NSW at the National Championships in both football and futsal. However, her involvement in sport was put on pause following a serious knee injury in 2017. After 12 months of rehabilitation under the guidance of an exercise physiologist and physiotherapist, she returned to play in NSW’s premier league competition. Experiencing first-hand the important role exercise played in helping her return to what she loves, sparked her interest in exercise physiology. Now, having learnt how powerful exercise is in the prevention and management of chronic disease and injury during her studies, Eleni is passionate about sharing this to help others live happier, healthier lives.

For the past 4 years, Eleni has also worked as a school sports coach and personal trainer in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Since successfully rehabilitating a second ACL reconstruction in 2021, she is excited to focus on helping her clients experience for themselves the positive effects of exercise on physical and mental health. Her aim is to help empower clients to take control of their health and she enjoys taking the time to understand everyone she works with and build individualised programs to suit each person’s goals, condition, and lifestyle.

Believing in the importance of exercise for long term health, Eleni does regular gym sessions herself at our location in Anytime Fitness Randwick and has recently started Pilates. She loves spending time at the beach, travelling, coastal walks with her dogs and trying out new cafes and restaurants. Eleni loves being part of communities like Longevity, which make people feel supported and hopes that her friendly, encouraging, and thorough approach will make exercise a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
