Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Growing up I participated in a wide variety of sports including swimming, dance, netball, AFL, and rowing. Rowing was the one that stuck the most, competing for over 12 years while in high school and at university. While completing my degree I represented Sydney University Boat Club at the University Games, three international tours to China, NSW State Championships, and National Championships as well as representing Australia in the University Trans Tasman against New Zealand. More recently I have taken up surf lifesaving and surf boat rowing on the Northern Beaches.

Being so heavily involved in competitive sports made me excited to help others feel the enjoyment that I do when I exercise regardless of age or experience. While completing my degree at Sydney University I worked with elite athletes, people with neurological conditions, young people, aged adults, and in a mental health hospital all helping give me a wide skill set to make exercise accessible to all.

Exercise without barriers is something I am very passionate about and this is what I strive for with all clients that come into the studio.
