Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in the Sutherland Shire and have always had a passion for physical activity and sport. I played NRL for 7 years, cricket for 10 and Oztag for 15 years. I have also played a variety of sports including mixed netball water polo and tennis. I have a big family, so I have always been competitive and up for a laugh.

I studied at Wollongong University initially in Exercise Science before transferring into Exercise Science and Rehabilitation. I have worked with a variety of clients conditions including Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Muscle Injuries, Autism ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s and more. I have personal experience with weight loss, creating healthier habits.

In my time off I love watching the NRL and am a diehard Cronulla Sharks fan. I also love watching cricket, the NBA and many more sports. I enjoy going to my local beach and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy travelling and a goal of mine is to visit 40+ countries.
