Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I was driven to pursue my career as an exercise physiologist as I myself have a lived experience with health conditions that impacted my ability to move. I never felt as though I was never fully supported or understood by my doctors, which left me feeling helpless. It wasn’t until I incorporated specific exercise to manage my condition that I was able to gain back control of my life. My passion them became to empower people to take control of their health, and to understand how exercise can be used as medicine to treat and manage chronic conditions.

To fulfil this purpose, I completed a Bachelors of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the university of Sydney, graduating in 2023. I have since worked in a private practice and gained experience working with a range of clientele with various health concerns. I have experience with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological and psychological conditions, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases to name a few.

My goal is to take a holistic approach to understand each individual, as not one experience is the same.
