Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in the small coastal town of Kingscliff in Northern NSW, where I found purpose and excitement in sport and physical activity from a young age. Field hockey quickly became my main passion, a sport I pursued competitively into my early 20s, with my proudest achievement being the opportunity to represent Queensland. Alongside hockey, I was actively involved in surf lifesaving, swimming, and surfing, all of which helped shape my deep appreciation for movement and its positive impact on health and wellbeing. My current exercise interests include strength training, group fitness, pilates, and hiking. I’m looking forward to returning to sport soon, with a goal to try something new and exciting! (Potentially AFL or rugby league)

These early experiences laid the foundation for my career as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. In 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, driven by a strong belief in the power of exercise as medicine. I’m passionate about supporting people to improve their quality of life through movement and enjoy guiding clients to discover the types of exercise that best suit their individual needs and goals. As a clinician, I’m open and excited to work with a wide range of clients, and I’m continually looking to expand my knowledge and skills. My special interests include neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, elderly populations, and women’s health.
