Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and competed in little athletics, local football, and volleyball during my childhood and teenage years.

In my late teenage years, I embarked on a 40 kg weight loss journey after purchasing my first gym membership. This allowed me to discover firsthand the journey clients need to take to achieve results. This passion led me to complete a Masters in Exercise Physiology at Australian Catholic University, where I further developed my skills and knowledge to better help myself and others achieve the life-changing results I had experienced. My studies have made me passionate about strength and hypertrophy training, neurological condition management, and injury prevention.

Growing up and caring for my intellectually disabled brother has given me a particular interest in working with individuals with neurological conditions. I have substantial experience working with individuals with disabilities and understand the responsibilities of being a carer while trying to balance education, work, and a social life.

In my spare time, I like to focus on my own physical fitness in the gym and on the athletics track, as well as sharpen my mental fitness with brain teasers, riddles, sudoku, and the daily Wordle.
