Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist originally from Woodend in country Victoria. I’ve had a passion for exercise from a young age and grew up playing multiple sports including AFL, tennis, basketball, golf and futsal. I follow Richmond in the AFL and currently play local footy in the EDFL. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping and playing golf.

I’m passionate about helping anyone improve their general health and fitness, helping people improve their health, function and confidence through exercise. I’ve helped support a number of people with managing their metabolic conditions and low back pain. I also developed a strong passion for neurological conditions after completing a placement at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre, working with clients with ABI and stroke.
