Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in South Penrith in Sydney’s West and during my childhood I immersed myself in to the world of dance and cheerleading. After more than 15 years of competing and coaching teams at a state and national level, I was given the amazing opportunity to travel to America to compete at an international level at the 2023 Dance World Championships in Orlando, Florida. My life has always been full of sport, so once I began my studies and had to cut back on dancing to focus on my career, the gym became like a second home which allowed me to keep up my training but on a flexible schedule that allowed me to have an outlet whenever I was available between work, university and home life.

Driven by my passion for sports, problem solving and the love for having a good chat, I found myself drawn to the Bachelor of Applied Science – Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. Through this degree I was able to elaborate on my knowledge of sports and gather an in-depth understanding of chronic illnesses and how exercise is the best medicine! Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, my determination to make a positive impact on my community’s health pushed me to the finish line of graduation.

As an exercise physiologist, my driving force is empowering individuals to take charge of their health journey. I thrive on creating a supportive and enjoyable environment where clients can achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.

With a penchant for chronic illness management—particularly respiratory and cardiac conditions, NDIS, and pre-natal/post-natal care—I’m dedicated to guiding individuals towards a healthier, happier life.
