Natalie Najem

Marketing Manager and Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

From a young age, Nat has never shied away from saying yes to every opportunity life has thrown at her. An extrovert at heart, if someone said she couldn’t, that was even more reason for her to find a way to make it possible. Nat launched herself into every possible sport, activity and social setting, which led her to becoming a strong anchor of support for those around her who were held back by lowered self-esteem and confidence.

Having grandparents who passed early in Nat’s life due to Heart Disease and Cancer, and seeing the impact of poor health literacy trickle down generations in her family, her genuine passion and desire to change the narrative and trajectory of her future, as well as those nearest to her, led her to Undergraduate Studies in Sport and Exercise Science at UTS, followed by a Master’s in Exercise Physiology at USYD.

This career seems to be the perfect blend of everything most important to Nat: building connections with real people, learning about their ‘why,’ and then guiding them on a journey to achieve aspirations they may have never thought possible. Inspiring her own family and friends on their health journeys has been a bonus; so much so that her dad became her first client at Longevity, with the goal to live a longer, fuller life with his children and grandchildren. Nat’s adaptability and love of family, food, overseas travel and sport, especially her beloved Dragons in the NRL, allows her to connect with clients from all walks of life, using her passions to drive conversation and banter alongside hard work in the gym.

A master in building meaningful and unique relationships with everyone she works with, Nat has not only helped her clients unlock life-changing results through personalised and science-backed exercise and behaviour change strategies but has also inspired confidence and an elevated love of life in them that they didn’t know they needed.
