Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I have a strong love for travel, adventure and constant challenge which led me to spending the last two years living in London and backpacking through Europe. This history continues to inspire my approach to loving what I do, leading a balanced life and striving for constant personal growth

My interests began with my time as a competitive rower and later as a coach for junior elite and special needs athletes which challenged my understanding of complex conditions, team-sports, and evidence-based performance training. Currently my personal life flows around social sports such as soccer, touch footy, pickleball and tennis.

In my clinical background, I hold a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science from UTS. I previously worked as a Rehabilitation Consultant where I was able to support individuals to return to meaningful work after injury or illness.

I’m now an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist at Longevity PT in Edgecliff, where I have developed my treatment style as a merging of my scientific background and sports history, I believe in creating enjoyable and thus sustainable exercise habits that not only improve physical performance but overall quality of life.
