Grace Guthrie

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Growing up in Sydney, my family was always outdoors – rain, hail or shine – which sparked my lifelong love of sport and physical activity. My love of movement and interest in how exercise can help people feel and function better inspired me to study a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Wollongong. Over the years, I’ve been involved in a wide range of sports including touch football, rugby union, snowboarding, swimming, and running. I currently play AFL and love spending time running and ocean swimming to stay active.

I’m passionate about helping people find forms of movement they genuinely enjoy, so exercise becomes an achievable and lasting part of their lifestyle. I believe exercise should be accessible to everyone, and I take pride in adapting programs to suit each individual’s needs and goals. I have a particular interest in working with clients managing chronic pain, cardiovascular disease, injury and older adults — supporting them to improve their independence, confidence, and overall quality of life through exercise.
