Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in Brisbane and have always had a passion for health, fitness, and helping others. As a kid, I enjoyed playing a wide range of sports including soccer, swimming, athletics, and volleyball. These days, I’m a big NRL fan – cowboys supporter and love spending my spare time playing golf. From an early age, I saw firsthand the positive impact that regular, structured exercise can have on someone’s life, and I enjoy helping people find forms of movement they can stick to and truly enjoy—whether that means returning to daily activities, improving strength and function, or achieving personal fitness goals.

While completing my Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT, I worked for five years in disability support. This gave me valuable experience in building strong client relationships and reinforced the importance of making every session client-focused, fun, and engaging. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals living with neurological conditions, managing chronic conditions or injuries, or facing mental health challenges. I find it incredibly fulfilling to guide people toward personal growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from exercise, regardless of age, condition, or ability.
