Lachlan Du

Lachlan Du

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Lachlan Du grew up in Sydney NSW and believes that exercise is about far more than building strength or recovering from injury—it’s about restoring confidence and helping people rediscover what’s possible.

That belief was shaped long before he became an Exercise Physiologist. When his mother passed away during her battle with Ovarian Cancer, Lachlan witnessed firsthand how the right support can profoundly influence someone’s health, mindset, and quality of life. These experiences sparked a passion for helping others and continue to drive the empathy and authenticity he brings to every client interaction.

Lachlan is known for building genuine relationships with his clients. He takes the time to understand not only what someone is experiencing but also who they are, what motivates them, and what living well means to them. By combining evidence-based exercise with a highly personalised approach, he empowers people to overcome barriers that extend well beyond sessions.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Lachlan following the Wests Tigers and watching basketball / tennis, as well as training in the gym, discovering new restaurants, attending live music, or spending time with friends, family, and his dog.
