Bio

Lachlan’s passion for helping others and leveraging the benefits of movement inspired his career as an Exercise Physiologist. A background in competitive tennis, athletics, and touch football gave him a profound appreciation for how exercise enhances both physical and mental performance. His personal experiences with injuries instilled values of discipline, resilience, and perseverance, which continue to shape his approach to exercise and rehabilitation.

Having faced personal adversities within his family, Lachlan possesses a unique perspective and empathy. These experiences fuel his commitment to providing personalized care, ensuring that each client’s story is heard and supported with tailored strategies. Outside of his professional life, Lachlan is an avid sports fan, supporting the Wests Tigers, Phoenix Suns, and watching tennis. He also loves traveling, attending music events with friends, exploring new culinary experiences, and spending quality time with his dog.

Driven by the transformative potential of exercise, Lachlan believes that movement can heal and empower, significantly enhancing quality of life. Whether guiding clients through injury rehabilitation, managing chronic conditions, or building confidence in their fitness routines, Lachlan is dedicated to supporting them every step of the way.
