Bio

I grew up in Western Sydney where I fell in love with various sports such as AFL, football, cricket, Oz Tag and golf. I spent my junior years playing representative football before
transitioning to AFL where I spent 4 years in the GWS Giants Development and Academy squads. This exposure sparked an interest in movement and performance, and I fell in love
with coaching. I also battled injuries myself such as hamstring, calf and groin strains which grew my interest in rehabilitation and why exercise is so important to prevent injuries. Now, I
still love playing local football and golf on the weekend with my mates while staying active throughout the week in the gym and walking my cavoodle Murphy. I’m a huge GWS Giants
fan and I love chatting about all current sports in the world!

My passion for preventative health care began in my early years at university, completing my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at ACU. This opened my eyes to how important
exercise is at preventing the most common diseases that affect Australians such as heart disease, dementia, stroke and type 2 diabetes. Mental health awareness is also personal to
me, shaped by my family and friends’ experiences, I came to understand the powerful impact that exercise can have on mental health conditions such as anxiety, stress and
depression, which deepened my passion for preventative health care. I am currently in my final semester of my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU and am super excited to
continue helping everyday people achieve extraordinary goals and results through movement that suits your lifestyle.
