Accredited Allied Health Assistant

Bio

Born to Australian parents in the United States, I grew up the classic sporty child – trying my hand in football (soccer), basketball, golf, athletics (track and field), anything I could do to get outside and be active. Competitively, it was soccer and golf that took priority, making deep runs into state championships with my high school soccer team and my golf earning me a place with the Jr. PGA All Star team. It was this background that made me pursue exercise in both aspects of my life: professionally, studying Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney, and personally, currently training for a duathlon in the middle of 2026.

I have a strong belief that structured, evidence-based exercise will improve physical function, confidence, and quality of life for any person. My Longevity journey began as an intern at Edgecliff in mid-2025, then leading to signing on with the team as an Allied Health Assistant in late 2025. I am passionate about using my university training and personal experience to help people build confidence in their movement, whether that be managing health conditions, returning from injury, or simply looking to improve their strength and fitness. With a focus of commitment and consistency over ‘quick fixes’ I will emphasize tailoring a program towards what will be most feasible and enjoyable in your life. The best kind of exercise is the one you will do!
