Bio

Alexander comes with a keen interest in sports and healthier living. During his completion of his Exercise Physiology degree at the University of Sydney he has been involved in football coaching and providing strength and conditioning for youth footballers. Over the course of his career he has developed an eagerness to guide and empower people of all ages with an individualised program. He strives to get his clients to realise their potential and help them understand the role of exercise on their longevity.

Alexander has previous experience working alongside physiotherapists where he developed a holistic approach to healthcare. His clinical interest includes osteoporosis, diabetes and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Alexander strongly believes in preventative care and that it’s never too late to become stronger. He is always aiming to get his clients to have a healthier relationship with exercise in order to achieve their goals and become more independent.

In his spare time you will see Alexander on the football field, on the mountain bike trails or on the squash courts.
