Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in western Sydney where being active and playing sport made it very easy to form connections within the community. My love for sport started at 4 when I started playing field hockey, I turned to basketball for my next competitive spark and eventually found my true passion rugby league. I’ve played rugby league for 17 yrs and played at a competitive/international level. Physical activity has always been a major part of my life and has done so many wonderful things for me over the years whether that be self-improvement, discipline, friendships, or my escape from the world.

This is where my interest for human anatomy and passion to show others how impactful physical activity can be on a person’s wellbeing. Which is what led me to pursuing Exercise physiology as my career. I completed my degree at the University of Sydney and had experience in the neurological population, rehabilitation from musculoskeletal injuries and complex medical histories. My true drive in my career is helping people feel like their best selves whether that be before an injury, life got in the way, loss of motivation or maybe never knew where to start. I truly believe that physical activity can bring many benefits in enjoying this life that we have. I have a keen interest in helping anyone that I can.
