Bio

Sport and physical activity have always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I developed a strong passion for basketball, and still play competitively today. Being involved in sport from a young age sparked my interest in how the body moves, adapts, and performs, which ultimately led me to pursue a career in exercise and health.

I completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), where I began to develop a deeper understanding of the role exercise plays in improving both physical health and overall wellbeing. During my studies and practical placements, I soon discovered how rewarding it was to help individuals improve their strength, confidence, and quality of life through structured exercise.

Motivated by this experience, I continued my studies and completed a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Australian Catholic University (ACU). This allowed me to develop the clinical skills required to work with individuals managing a wide range of health conditions, injuries, and lifestyle challenges.
As an Exercise Physiologist, I am passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in their ability to exercise safely. I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels, whether they are managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury, returning to exercise, or simply looking to improve their overall health.

My approach is centred around creating personalised and practical exercise programs that are tailored to each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and capabilities. I believe exercise should be sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering so that people can continue to stay active long-term. I also bring an enthusiastic and positive approach to every session, helping create an engaging and supportive environment where clients feel motivated, confident, and excited to achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through basketball and continuing to explore new ways to improve performance, health, and movement.
