Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Growing up in Kurnell in the Sutherland Shire, I started playing rugby league at 5 years of age for the mighty Kurnell Stingrays, where my love of sport formed. Due to this passion for sport and activity I’ve been given the opportunity to make development teams, play representative levels, and connect with multiple people throughout my life, through a range of sports, including rugby league, oztag, and aussie rules. In more recent years a growing passion for running has formed, having competed in the Sydney Marathon 3 times, completing a handful of half-marathons, and setting my sights on one day completing all 7 world marathon majors.

Through my exercise journey, my passion for exercise has continued to grow stronger, and was a key indicator for myself choosing to pursue a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong before commencing further education completing my Masters of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney.

I am passionate about helping the wider community through exercise as I believe that exercise is such a strong tool that can be applied through appropriate, individualised prescription to improve an individuals functional capacity, reduce their risk of metabolic disease, improve their mental health, and allow individuals to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
