Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickvilleBella VistaRandwickPymbleNeutral Bay and Balmain wanted to take the time to get to know Annabel who is an Exercise Physiologist at our Neutral Bay location.

Annabel started with Longevity Neutral Bay back in June and since then has been working with a range of clients. Annabel works with individuals of all ages, her youngest client being 10 and her oldest being 93 years young. She has been able to assist individuals going through their weight loss journey, those on the NDIS, create exercise programs for children and conduct balance training for the elderly (and many more!).

Annabel has extensive knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation – primarily knee injuries. She has a passion for working with individuals with all types of cancer and using exercise to help decrease cancer related fatigue. She has also had the opportunity to work with a range of children on the NDIS primarily those with ASD. Exercise has been shown to help improve deficits in coordination, as well as decreases in repetitive behaviours.

Outside of the studio, you will find Annabel down at the beach enjoying a daily sunrise swim, going for a run on a new route, or having a picnic with her friends!

Annabel’s ultimate aim is to implement exercise into an individual’s daily routine and create a personalised plan that focuses largely on the client’s goals. She prides herself on ensuring individuals are able to get the most out of life and achieve the best long term and sustainable health outcomes.
