Introduction to Longevity’s newest team members!
Meet Isaac & James, two of Longevity’s newest team members!
Meet Isaac.
Isaac will be joining our Exercise Physiology team at Marrickville.
Isaac completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at University of Sydney with First Class Honours. Since then, he has gained experience working alongside other allied health professionals to manage the chronic conditions of his clients.
Isaac strongly believes that ‘Exercise is Medicine’ and that exercise can be used to manage and prevent many chronic conditions and mental illnesses. He loves working with people to overcome barriers that are limiting people’s health and preventing them from achieving their goals.
“Isaacs’ focus is delivering high level care whether your goal is returning from injury, maintaining your health, improving performance, or beginning exercise.”
Isaac understands that regular exercise and keeping active is crucial for everyone. He particularly enjoys working with elderly populations to change their perception on exercise and achieve positive outcomes for their health. Additionally, Isaac has the experience and skills to help clients with mental illnesses.
Isaac also has experience working with clients with various conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological, cardiovascular, and metabolic conditions.
Outside of his clinical Exercise Physiology experience, Isaac himself is a local soccer player and huge soccer fan. Exercise has been a big part of Isaacs’ life from a young age, and the hours spent in the early morning watching his favourite team instilled his passion to continue utilising sport and exercise to manage health.
Meet James.
