Longevity Bella Vista is Fully Vaccinated!

Today Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickvilleBella VistaRandwickPymbleNeutral Bay and Balmain are excited to share that our Bella Vista Exercise Physiologists are fully vaccinated!

 LONGEVITY IS COVID SAFE!

Throughout the pandemic, Longevity has been adhering to strict COVID-19 protocols to keep our clients and staff safe. This has allowed our Exercise Physiologists to continue providing high-quality services during these tough times, helping our clients to maintain and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Our lead EP Jackie at our Bella Vista location is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, allowing us to offer the highest possible level of safety for our clients. We are always keeping up to date on the latest guidelines and are proud to be a COVIDSAFE business.

We are taking the greatest measures to promote a safe and clean environment:

  • Monitoring changes to NSW health advice and being compliant with COVID 19 regulations
  • Ensuring clients and staff do not attend sessions if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Promoting hand hygiene and wiping down of exercise equipment
  • Mandatory mask wearing for staff
  • Social distancing measures where appropriate
  • Weekly surveillance testing of staff

We are also offering outdoor sessions, home visits and telehealth consultations (online) to provide the most comfortable and safe environments for our clients.

Longevity Exercise Physiology is located inside New Image Personal Conditioning in Norwest Business Park. We are also offering outdoor sessions, home visits and telehealth consultations (online) to provide the most comfortable and safe environments for our clients. We service individuals across the Hills District including suburbs such as Norwest, Glenwood, Crestwood, Seven Hills, Kellyville, Stanhope Gardens, Parklea, Baulkham Hills and Castle Hill.

Are you ready for the end of lockdown?

We are all thrilled to have gyms, shops, restaurants open back up. But wait! Before you get out and about again, if you have had a long break from structured aerobic or strength training, there are things that you need to be careful of—especially if you have a chronic health condition or injury. For example, have a look at our recent blog about what happens to our bodies during inactivity.

The best way to safely return to physical activity after the lockdown is to consult an Exercise Physiologist, who will give you guidance on how to return to moving about safely and avoid injuries.
