Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Growing up in Bondi Junction, I was always active, spending my school years immersed in sports like tennis, cricket, and athletics. During a gap year working as a teacher overseas, I discovered a passion for helping others, which laid the foundation for studying Exercise Physiology at Sydney University.

While at university, I discovered trail running as a way to manage the stress of study and life. I quickly fell in love with being out in nature, finding a deep sense of serenity and connection with the outdoors. These days, you’ll usually find me spending my weekends in the Blue Mountains or out on local trails — running, exploring, or just taking a break from the busy pace of city life.

From not being much of a distance runner in high school to now competing at an elite level in trail and ultra races across Australia and New Zealand, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenging journey it takes to reach the top of a sport. Injuries and setbacks along the way have taught me invaluable lessons about the process of building strength, rehabilitation, patience, and resilience – lessons I now work to instill in my clients.

From this experience, I have developed a passion for lower limb injury rehabilitation and running-specific strength training/programming. Trail running has taken me to incredible places and deepened my gratitude for what the human body can achieve – a perspective I strive to share with everyone I work with.
