Meet our Exercise Physiologist

Our Exercise Physiologist at Kingsgrove is Naomi!

Naomi has helped many people of all ages and health conditions exercise, but she has a particular passion for helping older clients manage their health, and healthy ageing. She enjoys designing programs to help her patients find their daily activities much more manageable, and particularly strives to make the gym environment more comfortable and accessible to everybody!

Naomi has had extensive experience throughout private practice, hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals. She has had particular experience with pain management, cardiovascular, orthopaedic and neurological conditions. She is most passionate about mental health and helping people be more independent. Outside of work, Naomi enjoys acting, and travelling.

What we offer

The Kingsgrove location is in a commercial gym, with a huge range of equipment to help you achieve your goals! The gym is single-level and open plan, making it easy to move around. And for those who may find the stairs difficult, there is also the option of doing sessions on the ground floor!
