Meet our Exercise Physiologist

Our Exercise Physiologist at Aspley is Cross!
Cross brings a practical, results-driven approach to exercise physiology, with a strong focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and improving everyday function. He has experience across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and neurological conditions, and he enjoys creating exercise programs that are both safe and effective.
Cross takes pride in helping clients regain confidence in their movement, whether that’s returning to sport, improving mobility at home, or managing long-term conditions. He especially enjoys working with clients who want to feel stronger, more independent, and capable in their daily lives.
Outside of work, Cross enjoys cycling, exploring local walking trails, and trying out new fitness challenges.
