Our new location at Castle Hill is in a commercial gym, which means we have an even bigger selection of equipment at our disposal to help get you the best outcomes and achieve your goals! Our sessions are individualised, tailored to your needs and conditions, and our Exercise Physiologists also offer telehealth, at-home and outdoor consults, for when you’re not able to make it into the gym.
Here at Castle Hill, our Exercise Physiologists have worked with many different clienteles, including Private health, Medicare (including chronic disease management or care plans), Workcover and injury rehabilitation, NDIS and DVA. Meet our Exercise Physiologists
At Castle Hill, we have two accredited Exercise Physiologists, Jackie and Vaishnavi. Jackie and Vaishnavi have had great experience helping people of all ages and health conditions exercise. They enjoy designing programs that are uniquely suited to manage your conditions, help you achieve your health and fitness goals and have fun while you’re doing it!
Jackie has had extensive experience throughout private practice, hospitals, and community settings; however, his areas of interest are chronic musculoskeletal issues, including lower back pain and arthritis, geriatric care and healthy aging, and obesity and weight management. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys playing piano, and martial arts.
Vaishnavi has worked with many clients in private hospitals, private practice, and more specialised care settings. Her areas of interest include spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions, post-surgery and injury rehabilitation, Women’s health and mental health. In her spare time, she enjoys music and art, and baking.
