Hip Extension: From Rehab to Lifting, Jumping, Running and Sprinting

The extension of the hip joint is the most critical element to creating powerful movements such as running, jumping, lifting and squatting.

This is why it does not matter: whether you are 8 or 80; whether you are an athlete or novice; male or female; short or tall….
