Bio

From the north of Sydney, I grew up in the cosy suburb of Berowra surrounded by countless bushwalks and sporting opportunities. This led to a growing passion for sport and health in general. Throughout school I started playing netball as well as basketball, both of which I loved. However, as I got older my love for basketball won out and led to me representing the Hornsby Spiders for many years. After playing for the Spiders in their inaugural NBL1 season in 2023, I returned to playing social basketball as well as netball this year.

While on my sporting journey I grew to love exercise and training in all forms, but particularly found a passion for strength training. This manifested into writing programs for my friends and family and encouraging everyone I knew to start training as well. Upon discovering Exercise Physiology as a career, I began a Bachelor of Applied Health (Exercise Physiology) and graduated from The University of Sydney in 2022. Since then, I have worked with many populations such as the elderly, those with disabilities and those recovering from surgeries or musculoskeletal injuries to implement exercise safely and effectively.

I am extremely passionate about prescribing exercise not just for those who are healthy, but for all populations and abilities. I believe everyone can increase their quality of life through exercise and I love being able to take clients on this journey.
