Bio
I grew up in Blacktown in western Sydney with a lifelong passion for sports. I’ve been actively involved in various activities throughout my life, including soccer, AFL, touch football, Oztag, indoor cricket, ten-pin bowling, indoor soccer, karate, and ice skating. Currently, I play soccer, which remains a central part of my active lifestyle.
My journey to becoming an Exercise Physiologist was inspired by my deep love for sports and a strong desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from WSU, then completed a Masters in Exercise Physiology from CSU. Combining my experience in diverse sports with a commitment to improving others’ well-being, My approach is to design personalized exercise programs that enhance performance, prevent injuries, and promote long-term health – our Longevity model.
I have a strong passion in the benefits of exercise will have for those with musculoskeletal injuries and neurological conditions looking at improving independence and overall quality of life.
