Bio

Growing up in Sydney’s vibrant northern suburbs, my childhood was filled with a love for sports, including netball, swimming, and surf life-saving. At 15, I completed the Bronze Medallion Award in Surf Lifesaving, and have always loved being at the beach whether on patrol, competing in club competitions, or simply enjoying the water. In more recent years, my passion for an active lifestyle has evolved, leading me to discover a love for running and hiking. Throughout my training, I enjoyed developing a program to improve running mechanics and endurance, which ultimately led to the completion of my first half marathon in 2022 – and I hope to complete another one (and maybe a full marathon) soon!My passion for exercise and living the active lifestyle led me to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology, and I graduated from The University of Sydney in 2022. This professional journey also took on a deeply personal meaning as I witnessed and supported my sister’s recovery from a double meniscus tear, my mothers transformative journey into type 2 diabetes remission, and my fathers effective management of golfers aches and pains.

These experiences have instilled in me a huge appreciation for the power exercise and rehabilitation have in enhancing both mental and physical well-being. My goal is to use my personal and professional experiences to motivate and educate others, creating an environment where individuals feel comfortable and capable in both gym settings and everyday life.
