As the Director of Longevity, I have been in contact with all of our gym partners and have been extremely impressed with the preparations and protocols that are in place and ready for their re- opening. It is with this confidence that we invite all of our clients and patients to return to training and encourage you to get in early and book your regular time/s as our phone has been ringing non-stop since the announcement and all of our team are filling up fast.

Pre-bookings available now for the week of Monday, June 15th: Spots are filling up fast!

Longevity Booking System: For our private clients we have always had the policy that if you book a regular time with one of our team – that it is your spot for life (we are called Longevity after all). What we really mean is, that we will look after you long-term and all you need to do is to tell us if you would ever like to change times or end your training/treatment. It has been very difficult to maintain this level of loyalty over the past couple of months but we want to do the right thing and honour your previous bookings. All that we ask from you is that you contact us NOW to help our team arrange their schedules accordingly. All of our contact details are listed below.

Health and Safety will be the top priority

Our team of Health Professionals are trained to assess risk and implement the right strategy for every individual. If you have concerns, speak directly with your Exercise Physiologist to discuss what the best form of treatment and/or training is for you. We will work with you as we always have to make sure you are healthy, safe, comfortable and achieving your goals. All of our locations will have:

  • Strict social distancing in place and enforced
  • Machines and equipment rearranged and strategically distanced
  • Strict cleaning and hygiene practices (your Exercise Physiologist will help take care of this for you)
  • Strict measures to prevent overcrowding
  • Professional cleaning services regularly on site
  • Tap and go payment or online invoicing services to limit exchange of cash and physical touching
  • Booking systems to limit access at peak times

***Please note that for many of our patients and clients there may be more risk in stopping or limiting your exercise opportunities than the risk of exposure to COVID-19. This is an individual assessment. It is something that we take very seriously and we will guide you in the right direction for your health. We will continue to offer alternative services (online/outdoor/home visit) for immunocompromised patients and clients where appropriate..

How do I get started with my Exercise Physiologist?

Please call or email us NOW. We are filling up fast and our medical services are in high demand with referrals from GPs and Physiotherapists for patients affected by conditions related to a lack of physical conditioning. Grab your regular spot and get back into a healthy routine with the team at Longevity:

A message from Director, Jarrat Wood:

Special Thank You

From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank the many clients and patients who supported our business throughout the gym closures. We appreciate your adaptability to new training systems, payment services and an uncertain environment. You are the reason we love exercise and all of its benefits and we thank you for your support and congratulate you on your commitment to your health.
