Longevity’s latest sporting achievements!

Today, the Longevity Exercise Physiology teams at Drummoyne, EdgecliffMarrickvilleBella VistaRandwick, PymbleBalmain, Neutral Bay, Coburg – Melbourne, and Barrie, Ontario – Canada  celebrate our recent sporting achievements amongst our staff members.

Ryan

Ryan has recently passed the big milestone of 100 NEAFL/VFL matches! Ryan balances his excellent Exercise Physiology skills with the responsibility of captaining his GWS Giants side. Ryan has played a lot of his footy for cross-town rivals Sydney Swans and also has experience playing with Melbourne in the VFL. He has more recently progressed from a defender to a goal-kicking full forward and leader amongst the competition.

Congratulations on bringing up the century Ryan, we can’t wait to see what the next 100 bring!

Mitch

Mitch has just competed at the 2022 Giants Live Strongman Classic at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Despite it being only his second major in his second major Strongman competition, Mitch finished on the podium in second place!

This is a huge achievement that the whole Longevity team is proud of Mitch for his success in this competition.

Ellen

Ellen’s hard work in the gym has paid off as she has now made her full return from injury. Ellen returned for the final two fixtures of her season and despite only playing 60 minutes of netball since March, Ellen was selected into the Giants Australian Netball Championship (ANC) team. Ellen will now travel to Melbourne in August to compete against teams from all over the country.

Congratulations to Ellen on her selection and we all wish her well in competition!
