Who do we help under the NDIS?
Longevity has been providing personal training and exercise physiology services for over 10 years to the Eastern Suburbs community. Our Exercise Physiologists are NDIS registered to provide a gold standard of clinical exercise interventions to help improve the health and wellbeing of clients under the NDIS who have permanent and significant disability, from children and adolescents to adults aged under 65.
Funding for exercise physiology will come from the improve health and wellbeing and improve daily living categories within the capacity building budget of your NDIS plan:

Where are we located?
Longevity Exercise Physiology Randwick is located in Anytime Fitness Randwick within the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, where we deliver gym-based exercise sessions. Our team in Randwick has been servicing clients all around the Eastern Suburbs including Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee, Maroubra, Matraville, Kingsford, and Little Bay.
To make physical activity as convenient and accessible as possible, we also offer sessions in following settings to all our NDIS clients:
- Gym (Anytime Fitness Randwick)
- Outdoor (local community parks and beaches)
- Home
- Telehealth (online via video)
Whether it’s an early morning sunrise or a relaxing afternoon session, our clients love the variety of exercise options available, and the team at Longevity can help you decide the best option for your needs. We also have experience using equipment that you have around your home to help you exercise safely between supervised sessions.
