Bio

Sebastien has had a lifelong passion for sport and exercise, first inspired by a childhood dream of becoming a knight. This unique goal eventually led him to fencing, where he discovered his true calling in health and fitness. Sebastien holds a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, giving him a comprehensive foundation in exercise physiology.

Since 2019, Sebastien has worked extensively in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, specialising in working with children to promote health and fitness from a young age.

He understands that everyone’s health journey is unique and often filled with challenges, whether from injuries, setbacks, or the ups and downs of daily life. Having personally witnessed family members undergo multiple surgeries and navigate health concerns, Sebastien has seen firsthand the power of exercise in restoring quality of life. This insight fuels his dedication to creating compassionate, effective programs that empower clients to overcome obstacles and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

In 2023, Sebastien relocated from Sydney to Melbourne to start his next chapter in life. As a part of Longevity, Sebastien embraces the opportunity to help others overcome barriers to a healthier lifestyle for life. He believes in building collaborative partnerships with clients, creating a safe and supportive environment tailored to individual needs

Outside of work, Sebastien enjoys hiking Victoria’s landscapes, experimenting in the kitchen, and training for events like Hyrox, where he continually seeks to push his own physical limits
