Therabands are a fantastic way to get a great workout in without the need for gym equipment. They are small and compact, come in varying lengths and thicknesses and can be used to replicate almost any exercise that you could complete in a gym. Whether you are using a theraband to rehabilitate an injury, or simply wanting a program to complete at home, the humble theraband has you covered. Theraband exercises can be used to complete all types of exercises – upper and lower body, and core exercises.

Given the way this year has unfolded with COVID and lockdowns, many people have opted to exercise at home so I would definitely recommend having a theraband on hand at home – you never know when you’re going to need it! I recommend performing 10-15 repetitions for 2-3 sets, based on your fitness level.
