Bio

Luke grew up in Sydney and has always been active, playing multiple sports and keeping active in general, however it’s his passion for football/soccer that continues today. He still plays locally and player/manages his local team where you will find him most weekends in winter!

Professionally, Luke has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2011, after completing his studies at UNSW. He has worked in various settings, gymnasiums, private clinics around Sydney and since 2012, he has been based at Neutral Bay. He sees clientele of all ages and conditions, believing it is never too early or too late to exercise! He believes strongly in strength programming due to the endless health benefits, both physically and mentally.

Since commencing in Neutral Bay in 2012, he has built up a strong referral network and continues to liase regularly with the local health community, including GPs, Physiotherapists and Allied Health professionals receiving referrals for more complex health conditions requiring specialist exercise programming.
