Why NDIS participants like coming to see a Longevity Exercise Physiologist?

At Longevity, it’s not only life changing physical benefits that we provide to the participants. We aim for our participants to have the ability to effectively self-manage their condition, leading to improved independence and the ability to achieve life goals. We know all individuals are different, as such all sessions are conducted one on one ensuring the programs are targets directly in line with the participants goals and ambitions. A supportive and comfortable gym environment is provided so participants can train with the understanding that they will be encouraged each and every session.

Who do you know that we can help?

We would like to invite participants, support coordinators, or service providers to come say hello and receive a tour of the gym space. This allows the participant to become familiar with the gym space, equipment and staff members before booking for an initial assessment.
