How you can get NDIS funding for Exercise Physiology
For many NDIS participants, exercise can be a valuable tool to help maintain function and independence, improve quality of life and community participation.
Did you know you can use your NDIS funding for Exercise Physiology?
Today, Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, Edgecliff, Marrickville, Castle Hill, Randwick, Pymble, Balmain, Kingsgrove, Neutral Bay, Coburg – Melbourne, and Barrie, Ontario – Canada would like to talk to you about how you can use your NDIS funding for Exercise Physiology treatment.
At Longevity Exercise Physiology, our Practitioners have worked with many NDIS participants to help them achieve their plan goals. Depending on your condition and your individual needs, exercise can be used to mitigate disease progression, maintain function, improve ease with activities of daily living and enhance cognitive function and behavioural regulation.
How do use my funding for Exercise Physiology?

Your Exercise Physiologist will also provide you with a detailed report to help you get the funding you need!

NDIS client Claire*
Claire* is a client with impaired vision, which has made it hard for her to engage with exercise independently. Claire* has been attending sessions twice per week with one of our Exercise Physiologists for the past ten months. Since starting Exercise Physiology, Claire* has noticed vast improvements in her strength and fitness. She can tolerate more activity; she finds her work in retail less fatiguing and she’s been feeling more healthy overall! Being consistent with exercise has also been an issue in the past for Claire*, so she’s also found it helpful to have someone keeping her on track with her goals and monitoring her progress. For the first time in her life, Claire* is now working out in a commercial gym, and she’s loving it! Having someone to help her navigate the gym and the vast range of equipment has made this space more accessible, and she is really enjoying engaging more with the community.
