Bio
Sarah’s passion for understanding how the human body works led her to become an Exercise Physiologist, with a focus on optimising health through movement. A former competitive swimmer, she developed a deep understanding of how exercise enhances physical and mental performance. Over the years, Sarah has also explored a variety of other sports, including netball, touch football, athletics, water polo, basketball, and soccer, giving her a broad perspective on fitness and movement. She loves working with people to help them reach their goals and finds the process deeply rewarding.
Outside of sport, Sarah enjoys reading, tackling new challenges, travelling and spending time with family and friends. Having lived and gone to school in Hong Kong for 5 years, she has a unique appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. Sarah has gained experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, rural healthcare settings, and working with a wide range of clinical populations, with particular interests in bone health, women’s health, sport, and pediatric exercise.
Sarah loves helping others, especially when it helps build confidence and skills through movement. She thrives on guiding people through their health journey and finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives.
