Our Exercise Physiologist at Springfield is Ryan!
Ryan is passionate about empowering people of all ages and abilities to move better, manage chronic health conditions, and live more fulfilling lives. He has particular experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiometabolic health, and neurological conditions.
He enjoys helping his clients find strength and confidence in the gym environment, no matter their starting point, and he is especially enthusiastic about tailoring programs to suit older adults and those seeking to improve long-term health and independence.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active with martial arts, strength training, and spending time with friends and family.
What We Offer
Our Springfield location is equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment to help you achieve your goals. The gym is open and accessible, allowing clients to feel comfortable and supported in their sessions.

Ryan also offers Telehealth consults, home visits, and outdoor sessions for those who may find it difficult to attend the gym in person.
