Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I’ve always loved sport and physical activity, particularly swimming and triathlon, and staying active has been a big part of my life. In 2019, a minor mountain biking accident introduced me to the rehabilitation process firsthand, which inspired me to pursue a career as an Exercise Physiologist. Experiencing the impact of tailored exercise on recovery sparked my passion for helping others move better and feel stronger.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I enjoy helping clients reach their goals, whether that’s improving performance, recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, or managing neurological and chronic health conditions. I have experience working with a wide range of clients and enjoy creating practical, individualised programs that support long-term results.
My goal is to ensure you always feel comfortable and confident when working towards your aspirations. I take the time to explain the ‘why’ behind everything we do, so you have a clear roadmap of how we’ll achieve your desired results. I’ll still test your fitness, but I aim to make it a fun and enjoyable journey.

In my own time, I enjoy running and keeping active. I’m a big sports fan, especially the NRL where I’m a proud Bulldogs supporter and enjoy connecting with clients over sport, training, and performance.
